INSTRUCTIONS FOR PHASE 4: Start by using the BMI calculator. Use the results from this calculator and input them into the Keto BMR calculator under the “Input BMI” field. During Phase 4 please use the “Maintenance” results as your daily target. You can easily track your food using an app like “Lose It” or “My Fitness Pal”. For those ABLErs who are following a Full Keto or Functional Keto lifestyle, you may choose to follow the calorie deficit calculations depending on your personal goal. Good Luck!
